A Tribute to Italian Culinary Traditions
L’Artigiano, a company within the APTIS Group and a pioneer in the import and distribution of premium Italian food products in Mauritius, welcomed a distinguished crowd for the occasion, including chefs, hotel professionals and Italian cuisine connoisseurs and enthusiasts.
The company’s headquarters were transformed into a melting pot of culinary traditions and gastronomic innovations, with two world-renowned chefs from Italy, Nicola Bindini and Alessandro Negrini, taking centre stage. Italian cuisine specialists and master pizza chefs, they added an authentic touch to the event by running pizza workshops for chefs from prestigious hotel groups like LUX* Resorts & Hotels and Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels, and showcasing their talent through a live pizza tasting session.
A Platform for Discovery and Innovation
Beyond the festive atmosphere, Delizie Italiane also provided industry players with the opportunity to discover some of the finest Italian products, both classic and new, from Italy’s diverse regions. Guests were also presented with a curated selection of ingredients from leading suppliers, such as Zanetti, Pastificio Garofalo, Greci Prontofresco, Molino Pasini and Mionetto.
