L’Artigiano expands to the West with a new boutique in Rivière Noire

Great news for lovers of Italian gastronomy.
L’Artigiano, importer and distributor of premium Italian food products in Mauritius and a proud member of the APTIS Group, continues its expansion with the opening of a third boutique in the West, at Ruisseau Créole Shopping Center, Rivière Noire. This opening follows the success of its stores in Mont Choisy Mall and Telfair, Moka, in partnership with Tutto Bene Ltd.

A Celebration of Authentic Italian Taste

The grand opening took place on Thursday, 6 November 2025, in a warm and friendly atmosphere that perfectly captured the essence of La Dolce Vita.
The event was attended by distinguished guests including Oscar Mamet, CEO of the APTIS Group, and members of the Group’s Executive Committee.

As always, L’Artigiano offered its guests a true Italian experience, a journey through flavours and traditions that celebrate the richness of Italian gastronomy and craftsmanship

Bringing La Dolce Vita to the West

With this new boutique, L’Artigiano reaffirms its ambition to extend its presence across Mauritius, while offering residents of the West an opportunity to enjoy the authentic taste of Italy.

“Today, we can proudly say that L’Artigiano has become a well-established and trusted brand in Mauritius. Over time, our products have found their way not only into the hospitality and restaurant industry but also into Mauritian homes,” said Daniela Quaranta, CEO of L’Artigiano.

“Our partnership with Tutto Bene Ltd, which manages our franchises in Moka and Rivière Noire, allows us to reach even more customers and offer them the best of Italian excellence, from cold cuts and cheeses to truffle delicacies, fresh pasta and artisanal desserts.”

A Partnership Built on Passion and Shared Values

Daniela Quaranta also highlighted the professionalism and dedication of the Tutto Bene team.

“They have fully embraced L’Artigiano’s values and continuously strive to provide customers with exceptional service. Their passion for Italian cuisine and culture inspires us to continue growing across the island.”

For Julien Rey, spokesperson for Tutto Bene Ltd, this opening marks another milestone in a partnership built on friendship and a shared love for Italian culture.

“Tutto Bene is above all a human adventure that began among friends. After the success of our first franchise in Telfair, we are thrilled to continue this journey in Rivière Noire. Italy is not only about food, it is a way of life we want our customers to experience through every visit.”
